OBI (One Bright Idea) is the latest evolution of Regal Computer Services. OBI launched in January 2025, while Regal Computer Services has existed since 2010.

Regal Computer Services primarily builds websites and provides computer maintenance. However it has become apparent over the last few years that traditional website design is dying, there are now tens of thousands of website designers out there and the majority of them are focusing on copy and paste or click to build style websites that can be developed for little or no cost via existing platforms such as Wix or GoDaddy Website Builder.

Bucking this trend Regal Computer Services recognized the need to provide high end custom solutions to businesses across the globe and has provided numerous systems to businesses ranging from veterinary services to auto repair to printing.

Now as we are about to enter 2025 OBI will focus solely on this side of the business in an attempt to be a market leader in the business software solutions category, by providing web based solutions, or standalone solutions to problems that hinder your business.

We are based in North America and are predominantly wishing to serve USA and Canada based clients.

Guaranteed Website Design our Canada based spin-off will be completely wound down in favor of the OBI brand.

Eventually OBI will completely replace the Regal Computer Services brand.
